Hello! So I'm 27 5'5 and just weighed myself and I'm 118lb! I've got two children. One has just turned one. I'm technically healthy weight but I've got lots of body fat and definitely don't look 118lb. What's the best exercises to lose this? Any help would be fab!

Sounds like you might want to eat at around maintenance and lift weights. Recomposition is pretty popular.0

For sure, time to hit the weights. Eat to maintain your weight and kick some butt in your workouts and you'll make some great progress. Just be sure to give it time to work. You can do this!0

Weights weights weights! I'm 5'2 and 121, you've got a couple inches on me. Don't be afraid if the scale even creeps up a bit, as you will still look smaller.
Take body measurements to track your progress.0
