Not new to my fitness, but useless at keeping my app up to date with my ever growing tum.

Went to a sushi place and had a beyond amount of fish eggs. Fish has been my craving this pregnancy. Mood swings galore, anyone know any good foods for keeping calm? Normally take Korean ginseng, unfortunately not allowed to at the moment (not enough research about pregnany and the root). Cheers.
