How is my intake?

breakfast: 2 slices of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with 0 calorie butter spray, a banana and some blueberries/raspberries
lunch: turkey and avocado sandwich on whole grain bread with almonds and strawberries on the side
dinner: sautéed shrimp, mushrooms and green beans with watermelon
usually drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day and lots of water, and for exercise i take very brisk 30-45 minute walks everyday
it's a total of about 1300 calories give or take on any given day. I realize it's not 100% healthy (the butter spray for example) but this is just ONE day... other days I eat things such as greek yogurt, grilled chicken, carrots and hummus or peanut butter, air popped popcorn etc. etc.
but i'm trying to lose 2 lbs per week.
