Hi, I'm an old (not so) pro to weight loss, did WW for a while, kept if off a while gained it back. Participated in a weight loss study a year an a half ago, gained the weight I lost back. I'm seeing a nutritionist now because I'm middle aged, and worried about cholesterol and HPB, she suggested My fitness Pal. So far, only one set back, but at least I recorded it (sigh, Swedish Fish and TOTM).
