I have been drinking a lot of water. (I would say I have been pretty dehydrated as I always drank very little of anything every day). Now I am running into the issue of having to get up in the night to use the bathroom (twice last night) .. So I guess my question is.. Is this something I should just get use to with drinking this much water...or is it because I have just recently started drinking so much and my body needs time to adjust... Do you ever stop drinking after a certain time of day?

Thanks <3:)

I've heard a lot of people saying you get used to it and start going less - but that certainly doesn't apply to me! Gets annoying sometimes. Drives my kid crazy because he never has to pee and I always have to pee!

I stop drinking at least an hour before bed. I think your body does get used to it somewhat.

I tend to cut back drinking water an hour or so before going to bed. Gives you a chance to use the bathroom before sleeping. Something to just get used to at the end of the day!

Yup! Same as above...I stop drinking anything about an hour before bed. I rarely wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.
