Hi, I'm Michelle and I am 27 years old. I am weighing in at about 360lbs which keeps getting closer to 400 every time I step on the scale. I am very self conscious and am absolutely disgusted with myself. So I am back and going to start doing a juice only reboot diet. I'd like some positive friends to surround myself with.

Hi Michelle. I'm 30 years old and lost 100lbs about 5 years ago and kept it off for the most part but currently working off about 30+ I gained from my recent pregnancy. If you would like a motivational friends please feel free to add me and we can help each other.
I did a protein shake diet for about a week to jump start my weight loss and give me motivation. Protein is important because it keeps you satisfied longer and promotes weight loss and healing. For weight loss I do a 60g plus healthy lean protein/low carb diet. It's worked pretty well for me so far.
Good luck to you and your journey I know you can do it!!0
