10 years has done What to me????

Hey guys I'm here to find some support on my weight loss... I don't want to say journey because journeys end and I want to keep this going for the entirety of my life. So I guess I'll say for my lifestyle changes. I right now at 20 years old weigh 308 it shocked me when I got on the scale at the doctors. I don't eat right I don't eat on time and I don't exercise... I don't know why it shocked me. But I'm going to be a god mother and I have a life I want to live and I don't want my weight and my size to make any of that an issue for me so I have decided to nip it in the bud and start trying to lose weight the right way and change my life for the better. I don't have the most understanding or supportive family (they are all bigger people) no one in my family knows how heavy I am they all think I look fine but that's because I look like them. I want to be able to keep up with my nephew and god son so I am here before I get that embarrassing look from other people when I run after the kids. Sorry this is so long but if you guys could add me and help me with some support it would be greatly appreciated and I'll help with anything I can.
Thanks and happy losing!
Kathy

Hi Kathy Good luck with your journey! You sound like a determined young lady. I don't have as much to lose as you but I'm sure the lessons are the same & the worse your habits are to start with the easier it is to see the weight drop off with simple lifestyle changes. The key is to be totally honest with yourself and to do it for yourself. Very happy to cheer you on if you wish to add me!

    Best wishes

Hi Kathy. I'm sorry you aren't receiving the support from family, but you can do this. My (known) highest was 350 and I'm close in one onderland now. Just take it day by day as it can get a bit overwhelming. Good luck!!
