the calorie count on the internet is all over the place for whole foods guacamole. Any ideas on how I should log it?

Whole foods the company? Or guac made from whole foods? Either way unless something unexpected was added like oil or cheese or something you could log the equivalent amount of plain avacado. Guacamole is typically made with avacado, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and lime juice and sometimes peppers. Everything but the avacado is pretty minimal calorie wise. So logging it as straight avacado would probably be a safe estimate.0

I would just log it as the weight of avocado... that way at least you are overestimating if anything0

I log it as avocado, too.0
