Are you eating enough and varied calories throughout the day?
Be sure to include good amounts of fats, proteins and fiber for satiety. Don't deprive yourself of your favorite treats! Drink plenty of water.0 -

This, but with some additions.
I have a problem with eating at night too - so I save a lot of my calories. 3/4 of my calories, in fact, are eaten after 6pm. Not saying you have to take it to this extreme, but is saving a few calories for night snacking something that's possible for you?
Also, as pain-inducing as it might be, log the binge. It'll help you in the future when you're analyzing your history. And it might provide some inspiration to not do it again in the following evenings.0 -
My late night calories are for exercise calories. If I want them, I have to work for them. It works for me I used to binge. A lot. Basically, the delivery guy from Domino's knew more about me than a lot of my friends. haha.
Use your log to help you. See where maybe you eat too much, eat too little, can you take some calories out of lunch for snacks later. Its a VERY useful tool if you really analyze it
ETA: Once I started pre-logging, it really helped me with binging/extra snacks. And if it happens every now and then (happens to the best of us) it won't kill you to go over your calories by a hundred or so. Its if it becomes a habit (in my case, again) and causes you to start spiraling.0 -

These ^ but I save around 300 calories for the bedtime snack and make this higher carb than the rest of the day's meals, as carbs make me sleepy.

Do you find you eat in the morning when you're not necessarily hungry? If you're eating too early you could try & eat a little later in the morning, & save more calories for dinner or late night snacking.

I get those binges right before TOM just like last night so I tend to keep my calories save for such times.0

I don't have much appetite in the morning, but evenings can be difficult for me, too. I started moving all my meal times later ... a light snack in morning, breakfast 10-11ish, lunch 2ish, dinner 7ish. Then I still have calories for a few decent late-night snacks. Greek yogurt with a topping of fresh fruit, or a bag of popcorn, or a huge chunk of watermelon are good, filling & satisfying fof me.0
