Hi guys just wanted meal samples with timmings for indian cuisine homemade food. My breakfast starts at 7.30 am which is cereal, then fruit at 11am, 2pm is lunch which is one small chapati with homemade curry, and salad then 5pm fruit snack, then 7pm dinner which is a cup a soup. But still not losing weight so just wanted ideas if I'm doing anything wrong with meal or timmings. Any help would be appreciated thx

Indian food is awesome. That said, meal timing is not important for weight loss in any way other than spacing your meals out enough that you aren't trying to stuff yourself all at once. Eat when you feel like it. Calories in and calories out matters more than timing and there is no magical time where you burn more except when you are active/exercising.
