Ravenous when it's hot out: just me?!

Am I the only one who wants to eat and eat when I'm hot? For the past 10 years, I've gained weight every summer and lost weight over the winter. It's not a beer-on-the-patio thing either (I know what you're thinking!) I just feel constantly hungry.

Does anyone else experience this?

I probably would if a Norwegian summer didn't suck so much.

I live in a hot place that has almost the same temperature all year round.
Are you eating different foods? More fruits and not enough oils?

I tend to eat less but want different things (unless ice cream is available). For instance, I really seem to crave fruit in the summer.

It could be too much fruit (and not enough fat) - I've been known to just eat fruit for meals in the summer. I'll watch that. Thanks!

If I'm out in the heat, I generally have to be starving before I want to eat. Even then, I want something cold...dry and air temp at the warmest.

    It's just too hot.
