Well I learnt from a coach this week that whey protein makes you big. She said I should buy her soya product instead. I just smiled. Not everyone has earned the title of coach.0

I eat yogurt every day and I've lost 15 kg. Doesn't seem to be making me fat.0 -
Yogurt and protein powder is my go-to combination to top off carbs and protein at the end of the day. I lost 112 pounds doing it. "They" are clueless.0
