Hi, I'm Janet. I can't do anything about getting older, but I can do something to getting healthier. My lifestyle has to change. I have ideas on how to make better food choices, ideas on how to become more active, and ideas on how to incorporate exercise into my life. I am going to use this site to help turn my ideas into reality. I hope to meet new friends who are making changes in their lives, too.

This app is a revelation - use it to help you make the right choices by logging everything! Don't deny yourself anything just make it fit your calorie goal. If you can't eat just one biscuit don't buy a packet! I have had to re-educate myself! I have lost 2 stone since feb and have another 3 to go. I might take another year but that's ok - this new me is for keeps!
