Hey! Im new to this thing i just wanted to say hi! Anybody have any ideas to stay motivated? I work out off an on, ill loose like ten pounds then stop and gain it back then do it all over..

    I am newbie as well. I have been doing it for about a month and I have lost 13 lbs. I am using portion control and going to the Y 3x a week doing water exercise. Keep up the good work and we can do it together.

    Hey sorry for not getting seeing it, but i went hard swimming yesterday, im doing mike chang insane home fat loss as well. Also i made my first diet choice today, i went to my chineese restaurant and got just steamed chicken and vegetables
