    I brought a food scale to get me started with everything and I make sure I log in everything. Like today I had a cup of oatmeal and some cherries and water and it filled me over until lunch time. I had some brown rice and chicken. And then I had an apple. I still have a lot of calories left over

    Contrary to what you read on fitness blogs. There is no way to 'target' fat. All you can do is burn it and it will come off where it comes off. Men and Women burn fat in different places faster. Men tend to lose weight in our lower bodies first, while Women lose it in their upper bodies. Just stick to it and it will come off.
