The ups and downs!

Hi Everyone!
I've been here several years, so not really a new comer. I can declare myself to be a Yoyo dieter (not good) but, hey I never give up!
My downs have been:
Having a hard time disciplining myself when it comes to over indulgence! Ugh!
Not working out enough
My down fall is still the weekends!
My ups have gotten better:
I now do strength exercises
I now do more on cardio
I do well during the week on watching my food intake
I dance while I clean!!!!
What are your ups and downs?

Love this question - I'm surprised there aren't any responses! The hardest thing for me right now are long days at home. I'm eating more out of boredom than I have in a while. I think the best thing is that I'm being a little more forgiving with myself. I know that just because I overate yesterday and today I haven't ruined everything I've done up until then. I'm still moving in the right direction.
