Pregnant and not hungry

I'm currently 6 months pregnant. I lost 26 lbs in my first trimester. The problem was that I wasn't overweight before. I have 15 weeks to gain at least 16 lbs or there is a really high risk of c-section. I may have less time than that because I am anemic and that typically makes you go early. The problem is that I am never hungry. This is my normal. I feel natural hunger maybe once or twice a month. How do you gain weight when the thought of food does not sound enticing? And get full after only a few bites?

Just eat CALORIE DENSE foods. Usually foods high in oils and fats. Eating foods with lots of fiber will fill you up fast, so may less of those. If weight gain is the issue here, then even eating fast food you like would help.

    Full fat everything.
Especially full fat milk. Try to drink your calories. That is the easiest way to gain without feeling full.

In the must read post in the nutrition sub forum is a link to a post that has a list of calorie dense food. I highly suggest you take a look at that.

Try to eat calorie dense foods like mentioned by ninerbuff . for example, just a few spoons of peanut butter will add on 300 calories . so get yourself a big jar of peanut butter and start scooping!! Even if your not hungry, you can force down a few large spoonfuls to add on the extra calories.
If u can't force yourself to eat more, I'd definitely speak with your doctor about this.
