Hello everyone! I just joined MFP..... again.
I've been successful losing weight using this site before so I'm back (hopefully for good) to make positive changes that will help me to live a longer, healthier, and happier life!
My goal is to take it one day at a time and no matter what, not to give up.
Once I learn what works best for me and get back into the groove of things I think I will be fine, but starting it will take some time.... but I'm here and I'm ready to do things I have not done before... or things I've done before but didn't take as seriously b/c my health is my greatest wealth.
I'm looking forward to meeting lots of new people and starting this journey to a better me!
