man.... a sister almost got teary eyed(I'm not a sucka) I'm not even at my goal and I didn't realize how much I'm changing! though the scale may not have changed YET (currently @236lb SW:270) but I'm losing inches!!!! Dont give up!! keep pushing to what you want... YOU WILL SEE RESULTS

    Hey!!! I just drink a gallon of water a day(no juice, no soda, sometimes herbal tea) you can put lemons and cucumbers or fruit for flavor to help you keep drinking since it has taste to it. I calorie count ( it works for me and helps me not over eat& keep track of what I eat & no junk food, no fast food) 1300 cals a day. I downloaded an app on my phone called "my fitness pal" and I love it! and I always exercise everyday (workout DVDs, walking/jogging) even if its 1 hr or 15-20 mins. That's it! You have to take it day by day and NOT give yourself a time frame. DONT MAKE IT A DIET... MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
