Thank you myfitnesspal for showing me the error of my ways. It is so easy assuming you know everything there is to know about dieting,until you check up on yourself and realize it's so easy to fall back into bad habits. It is important to track your eating every day and I know this. I used to be a lecturer for Weight Watchers almost 30 years ago. That was something we stressed back then and it is still true today. I was making my self Pea Protein shakes and adding all kinds of healthy thing but never counting the calories. I was wondering why my weight loss efforts were either nothing or a gain in weight. I put all the ingredients into the food diary here and found that my breakfast shake was costing me over 600 calories and I was having one of them for dinner as well along with a regulars healthy lunch. Well dinner and breakfast already had me at my daily calorie limit. Now I know what I have to do Thanks again!
