A couple NSV's and one minor frustration

I am up to a 15 minute mile from 20 min. I run at a 4.5 up from 3.3. And the big one I weigh less than my 6'3" husband. It's been a very long time since I've done that.

My minor frustration? I stood on the scale and it said 200.00. hahaha Like it was laughling at me. It couldn't even give me that one little ounce. Come on!!!! I am literally one tiny ounce from onderland.

Whats your most recent NSV. I'd love to know.

A month ago I went shopping for new jeans/shorts. I went in the store wearing size 20 jeans. I bought all 14's and one pair of 12's, that I couldn't zip, but they were my favorite pair. Today I put them on and was able to zip them. They are still a little snug, but I'll take it
