As the title says, state what you wish to weigh in 10 weeks time?
I myself currently weigh 14st 6lb and hope to weigh 13st 4lb at the end of the 10 week period.

I would like to weight 130 lbs in 10 weeks time. I currently weigh 139. Slow and steady, but it's coming off.0

Not sure. I'm debating between recomp when I hit 130 lbs (2-3 lbs away) or seeing what I look like at 122 lbs (so for 10 weeks from now, I'd probably aim for 126lbs)0

130. I'm at 137. Or 138.9, depending on which scale I use (I just bought a new one and it has me almot two pounds heavier than my original one, so for now I'm weighing on both!). 130 is my goal weight.0

Hopefully in 10 weeks I will have met my goal weight of 120 lbs, then do a reevaluation and see if I'm happy there and want to work on toning and fitness or lose a couple more lbs.0

130 was my last goal before I started a recomp. I only made it to 133 because I got frustrated (though the scale was between 130-133). I lasted barely 3 months on my recomp before I decided to lose some more. Now I'm trying to get used to this deficit thing again!0 -
I want to weigh 175 in ten weeks (my birthday's in eleven), but that's near impossible right now since I'm hovering above 190. So I'll just follow Seneca's answers and weigh my food.0
