2 lbs a week!

I'm looking to lose 10 lbs and if I can do that in 5 weeks that would be amazing!!! Add me if you wanna help each other or whatever (:

    No you don't need to lose 2 pounds a week. That idea is for people who have a ton of weight to lose not people who are alredy close to goal. You are setting yourself up for failure.

    Oh ok! What do you think would be more realistic? 1 a week? 1.5?

    I'm sure I can do better than that. A few months back I was losing at least a pound a week and I wasn't much heavier than I am now

    Honestly, you can do more than 0.5lbs but I'm going to bet the faster you push towards a scale loss, the less change in body composition you'll see (if any at all). Plus, if you decide to try to rush/crash diet it down, a chunk of that scale loss will be water. And that'll be gained back as soon as you go back to eating normally.
