Awesome Cheat Day! Much Needed!

Yesterday I had the biggest hungery pains I pretty much ate everything I wanted to in sight! Dark almond chocolate block, 2x skinny cow icecreams lots of yummy mixed nuts, about 4x protien bars and some raw chia seed choc balls with a small jar of Coconut cocoa almond spread straight out the jar with a spoon! Was a protien loaded binge! Totalled to around 3000 cals for the day, After being on just over 1100 cals everyday for a week and a half with over 15,000 steps and excerise I think my body screamed for food and that's what I gave it : ) now back on track today feeling much better! BTW not sure how much harm this will do to my weight loss? m1miame1n8kv.png

    Maybe you should just pick a less aggressive goal so you don't feel the need to "binge" like this. 1200 is to the absolute minimum for women and is not really everyone, depending on your stats.

    Personally, I would up my daily calorie limit and avoid binging all together. As far as this one goes... I am not entirely sure about your numbers but you are now probably at maintenance for the week, or a little below. Not too bad, but a slight hindrance in weight loss for sure. I am happy you enjoyed it though :smile:

    Hello, I know 1200 is a little under for me but I want to lose the last 3 kgs fast I've got a deficit of around 700 atm I would like to eat more calories and believe MFP but I don't when they say to lose .5lbs a week, eat 1490 cals a day I would prob put on at that amount of cals a day? Does everyone else go by what MFP recommends to lose on? And is it right?

    Um. I'm sure 1490 is below your TDEE unless you're really really short and sedentary. I am set to lose .5 lbs per week at about 1600 calories, and I believe it because I've tracked for quite awhile and have found my maintenance calories to be between 1850-1900. So, 250 calorie deficit. It adds up.
