15-20 pound to lose!

Hi, I am 27 years old women. 5 feet 3 inches and 135 pounds. I was 110 pound in many years. Then slowly slowly my weight increases. I was never 135 pound before. I want to be 115-120 pound. How much should I loose per week? How much exercise should I do? Give some advice, if you can.

    135 lbs for a 5' 3" woman would be considered normal weight. If you want to lose more lbs. myfitnesspal will provide you with how much you should lose per week (0.5-1lb. per week, maybe). And exercise depends on how your body handles it. Don't overwork your body if you haven't worked out in a long time. Start slow.
