Fitting excise in to a busy working mums life style!! Help!!

I am a working mum of two I work six days a week and do not have time to got to the gym any advice on exercise ideas I already jog and have a cross trainer!

Try to make exercise out of daily tasks. Park at the back of the parking lot. Use the stairs at work if you have them. If you have breaks at work, use them for brisk walks or stair climbing, that can give you 30 mins of cardiovascular a day. When you spend quality time with the kids, make it active play when you can.0
