Using Jawbone UP with MFP

Hi
Since I started MFP I have manually entered my daily cardio exercise for which MFP calculates the calories I have burned. I now have Jawbone UP and I would like to sync it with MFP. Once synced, do I still manually input my cardio activity or just let MFP take the data from Jawbone? Any help would be appreciated.

Set your goal to .5 lb. for every 25 lbs. you're overweight: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
No need to log any step-based activity—your UP is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in UP (that's what I do) or in MFP—never both. Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your UP total burn (which is TDEE) during that time.0 -

Adjustments are the difference between your UP total burn (which is TDEE) and your MFP activity level. Without negative calorie adjustments enabled, you never eat at a true deficit on days you burn fewer calories than your activity level.0
