Protein and macros

I've been working on increasing my protein so I can hit my macros on a more consistent basis. The issue I've been coming across is having my fats also increase and keep my percentages out of wack. So I guess I have two separate questions:
1) how do you increase your protein without also increasing your fat? I don't want to have to cut out things like avocado and nuts and cheese. And I already get lean cuts for red meat, boneless skinless chicken breast etc.
2) in the app, if I'm focusing on macros, should I be focusing on the pie chart percentage thingy? Or just paying attention to reaching my goal numbers?

Pick leaner cuts of protein like fish on days you want to eat avocados, cheese and nuts, and more fattening cuts of meats on days you can do without the nuts, cheese, and avocados.
Hit the numbers, but the numbers are set by your percentages (the pie chart).0 -
Anything else besides fish? My husband won't eat fish (I love it) but I won't make two separate dinners for us0

Turkey is another tasty option for high protein / low fat... , Enjoy your healthy fatty foods in the proper moderation. Protein drinks can be really good for helping to balance out your macronutrient numbers...0

Beans and quinoa and pumpkin seeds are quick, nice protein alternatives to meat. And I recently discovered tempeh, which is bland but not bad.0
