Recovered restricters?

Hello...I used to restrict to under 500 calories a day but I've decided I'm done doing that.
I'm also done lying to myself about my weight. Tomorrow I'm resetting my ticker and my new healthy weight loss journey begins.

I was just wondering if I could get some advice from former restricters on how they recover, what I should except, and how they live now..I'd really just like to make some friends who are like me c=

Here are my stats
Height:5'2.5
Starting weight:163.4
Current weight: 121-124(Have to weigh in tomorrow)
Goal weight: 105-115
