Attended church today. As usual, we go out to eat after. Went to I hop and was shocked at how many calories everything contains. Despite the temptation, I was brave and order a low carb breakfast. It may be time to cook at home on Sunday's.

Welcome! Eating out can definitely be done while getting healthier - you just have to choose with care... still, cooking at home is a great way to control what you're eating. You've got this.
