I do 12 hour shifts and work 7p-7a. I love nights and my co workers but it sure does mess with the eating and exercise. I have been trying to bring my food with me to work and have finally convinced everyone that I am not going to join in the pizza and 2am McDonalds runs. I have a fitbit and do try for my 10000 steps but am not as consistent as I would like to be in hitting my goal. Depending on how the shift goes I will go for a walk in the morning after work to help clear my head.0
