I am Tib I was born in Hungary 40years ago, but I live in the UK, Aberdeen for a while. I do some very simple weight training three times a week and some very short walking or running twice a week. Also my diet is simple 25% protein 15% ch 60% fat. I try to eat in a comfortable but small window between 10am and 6pm. If you need a training partner just give me a shout, I like outside training wit my body weight like pull ups, push ups, chin ups...
