I think everyone has a few staple food items that help them stay on track. Items like Total cereal, unsweetened almond milk, fresh berries, cucumbers and tuna are always on my shopping list. What are some items you go for consistently and why? Maybe I can get some new ideas from you that will help vary my meals. What's on your shopping list??

    Slaw Mix (I make a tasty Asian slaw with this for wraps, sandwiches, and sides)
    Eggs (ALL the eggs!!!! lol)
    Seasonal fruit (right now lots of peaches and watermelon)

    bananas,strawberries,blueberries,apples,peaches,nectarines,cherries,salad stuff, avocados,chick peas, black beans, brown rice,skim milk,nonfat yogurt,low fat cheese and mozzarella sticks,fiber one bars, all bran, cheerios, steel cut oats ground turkey breast, salsa,dijon mustard,vinegars,tuna, rye bread,whole wheat breads and pasta, zucchini,broccolli, and other veggies....

    Cheese sticks (string cheese or colby jack)

    Diet soda of some sort
