Awesome free resource for understanding nutrition

https://www.coursera.org/learn/childnutrition - I finished this self-study course last week and it has answered many questions in a better way than much of the forum advice, here. It's go at your own pace and the 'childhood' part of the course is not really specific to children - it could have been called 'nutrition for dummies' and been on equal footing, but let's face it: you want your kids to grow up with good eating habits, right?
If you are struggling with your eating or cannot understand the relationship between macro and micro nutrition, vegetarianism and protein, types of fat, etc. I strongly recommend this. It's free, there is no certificate or anything, just a bunch of multiple choice questions to unlock the next videos as you go.
It took me a week at about an hour a day to complete. Is well presented and easy to understand.
