    I usually Prelog breakfast and lunch, dinner can vary depending on OH's plans though if I know I'm doing something specific, like eating out, I'll log that too. It definitely helps me keep on track, helps to see what you have for snacks/extras or to stop you eating more when you don't actually need it.

    Absolutely - I pre-log the night before. Gives me time to input new recipes, figure out what wiggle room I have for the day (e.g. extra coffee, extra snack etc) and it keeps me on track. I plan our meals for the week which makes it easier.
