I have lost more then a stone on 1200 calorie scale. I want to know do I need to change the calorie settings?. If so, how much reduction in calorie should be made?

MFP should update it automatically0

MFP won't take you below 1200 calories. You might be able to set it lower manually...but should you?
1200 calories is the lowest recommended in order to consume the nutrients required for health. Can you get it on a lower level...yes but it is difficult and takes looking at every bite that goes in to your mouth and making sure that it fills one of the macro/micros.
If you're not concerned with your health however then there is satiety. Can you eat enough to keep yourself from being hungry below that 1200 calorie mark?0
