Couch to 5k

Hi,
Has anyone done this? Or want to start a club where we all start this week and can encourage eachother? I am starting tomorrow. I have downloaded the app.

I could do with the encouragement of others starting with me. Who's in?

I'm a bit scared of the treadmill though!..... :pensive:

    I'm on week 5. I had to start over at week three a while back because life got in the way. But I love it. I am more of an outdoor runner, though I will put in my time on a treadmill if I have to. There is a group for c25k- just do a group search. They have a ton of great tips.

    I completed the program last year, and am signed up to run yet another 5k in August with my wife and kids. Don't be scared, very few people are born to run. Give it your all though, don't cheat yourself because you'll only hurt yourself. And try running outside if possible, in my opinion it's WAY better than a treadmill.

    Hi, I am redoing the c25k. I did it last year and ran 3 5K races. This year I registered to a 10K!!! I didnt run during winter so I am restarting again from week 1. Run outside I fund its better and more motivating.
