hello
I am 35
My sons are 23 months and almost 9 months
I ate like a total pig during pregnancy and almost hit 200. My normal weight is 133. I really don't know how to use this ap this is my first day but I look forward to getting to know the ap and some of you. I had success dieting previously many years ago but now being a mom and wife I have so little time and am so tired but I'm putting my foot down - enough is enough how hard can this be??? I can do it!!!! This is going to be my priority I have to do it for me. I have closets full of clothes I can't fit into and I feel like the puff state marshmallow man - enough!!!

Hi! I'm 28 and my daughter just turned 2. My highest was 198 lbs, I'm now at 156 lbs and my final goal is 135. This app is a great tool. Losing weight is simple, but it's difficult... It's simple because the knowledge and basics are quite easy to find and learn. It's difficult because losing weight is done over a long period of time. We need to stay consistent even when motivation fails us. That's where the online support comes in!

I just added you. I'm trying to get in a groove! Im new here but I'm betting that having a consistent repitoure of breakfasts and lunches and knowing exactly how many calories they are is a good start -- I am assembling ideas of the foods I like0

Hi, I'm 59, 5'9" and my children are grown and gone. At one time I was 125, and today I'm 162. I read your post and immediately related to "enough!!!". Today I'm beginning again and will be happy to get to 150. It's a little tougher once you get over 50 to lose weight, but I know if I'm consistent it should happen eventually. My challenge is to be patient and determined. I've done this before, I can do it again.0
