Needing to lose 200+ pounds for this last chance given

Hello, my name is Mark. I have found myself to be in a unique window of opportunity as I am 38 and at 412 pounds, have been cleared from any heart or kidney blockages. Several years ago I fell into depression and steadily gained weight from my original 200 pounds. We all know dieting and changing ones complete lifestyle is not an easy task and let's face it, for many of us this is not the first time we try. I do need support and have to make this change. I choose to live and will not place my loved ones through this. If you are anywhere in the same situation or simply need some support and encouragement, I can be here. Thank you
