MFP uses general categories because calorie burns are guesstimates.
Use the cardiovascular heading if you want a calorie burn guesstimate. Example under cardiovascular select strength training, calisthenics, circuit training, or aerobics. Put in the time spent and MFP will give you xx calories. Estimations are pretty generous. Most people only eat back 50-75%.
If you are using a heart rate monitor (pretty good for steady state cardio) ....you can override the MFP numbers provided. You can also put in your own exercises....or memo them in.0
