Hi everyone lm LaWanza and I live in Birmingham, AL. I am a new vegan and beginning my weight lose journey again. I have struggled with my weight for about 20 years now and when it started to affect my health I decided enough was enough. I am looking forward to getting to know you guys and helping each other on our journeys to a healthier body and lifestyle.

    I am vegan too and just starting with MFP as well :) I lost a ton of weight when I first went vegan but I put it all back on once I started eating badly again.
