reversing my trend up

Hi,

I have always been skinny and active, but in my 30s I got less active jobs and more unhealthy food. I went from 70 to 94kg, so I want to stop that and reverse to +/-79 kg before is too hard. I am almost 40, so approaching a dangerous age if I do not take care of myself. I hope to find some support in this community, in particular people of my age. :)
