fresh blood, :)

Hi,

New to the site, but not to dieting. Lost quite a bit a few years back, but reverted to old habits and put it all back on plus. Now I'm getting back into the swing of things, but the old site I used is pretty much deserted now.

Hoping to lose about 50lbs, and get fit (again!).

I'm a grandma, I lift weights, ride a stationary bike (burning calories means I can eat more), and I'm a fairly good bowler.
