I recently started almost 2 months ago focusing on my health. I walk and bike twice a week now, before I did not feel comfortable going to a gym, and by focusing on exercising and cutting some stuff out from consumption I lost some pounds. I know how much nutrition plays a role in losing weigh, and yesterday was my first day tracking my meals and it was really good, I feel that I will do it more often and be more conciseness of planning meals and deciding what to consume ahead of time.
