Hello All,

Hello I am Shanique and I've been on and off on my fitness journey. For a month now I have been pretty consistent in my exercise and eating habits which I'm proud of.

In my spare time I like to hike, camp, read books, swim and take countless selfies. My goal is to complete a tough mudder or do the Spartan Race.

I look foward to the support and motivation as I continue this path to being a better me.

    Hi..my names donna..going down the same journey..I just ran my first 5k..regeristered for my first tuff mudder this October. .I must be Nuts right..? Always looking for motivation plz add

    Hello Shanique and Donna. Signing up for obstacle/mud runs is definitely a good motivater. I ran a tough mudder back in 2013 and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I was extremely nervouse leading up to it but that helped me stay focused on my nutrition and exercise knowing I had the tough mudder waiting for me. What kinds of things are you doing now to get ready for it?
