Hi my name is Diana and I live in the great northwest where outdoor exercising opportunities are abundant. My current weight gain issues are related to an injured hip, which I've been in pt for since February 2015 and bulimia, which I've been in treatment for since February as well. It's time for me to step out again and work on healthy goals achieved the right way. I'm 5'3 and 155lbs, looking to reach a healthy weight of about 125lbs. Hoping for someone to give me motivation and someone I can help motivate in return.
