Hi all, I have come to 'my fitness pal' to help with tracking my eating and exercise, I visit the gym regularly and recently finished Tough Mudder Midlands which was amazing had such a great time
but I still struggle at times to stay committed to my healthy life style I want to lead, so any help and support would be very much appreciated

Great thanks, defo doing it again next year
hopefully this MFP will get me on track again with my diet, going to gym is fine as I get there about 5 times a week, just gotta control my eating lol
