Hi all, I have come to 'my fitness pal' to help with tracking my eating and exercise, I visit the gym regularly and recently finished Tough Mudder Midlands which was amazing had such a great time :) but I still struggle at times to stay committed to my healthy life style I want to lead, so any help and support would be very much appreciated :)

    Great thanks, defo doing it again next year :) hopefully this MFP will get me on track again with my diet, going to gym is fine as I get there about 5 times a week, just gotta control my eating lol
