myo fascial pain

Hi , i am 32 and have been told that i have myo fascialis sorry if it is misspelled ..... i started working out again because none of the physcal therphy is working for me .... so i said what the heck why not . any advice on how to work out and balance the pain???

Most people don't find physical therapy very helpful, you're not alone. If you are looking for more pain management then I would suggest yoga and finding a Massage Therapist who specializes in Myofascial Release and schedule regular appointments. This isn't cheap and most likely won't be covered by any insurance you have, but it will help you.0
