lower cal marzipan sub

I was trying to make some kind of griddle cake, when I tasted the batter I was making, and thought it was marzipan for a second. Awesomeness.

INGREDIENTS
2 tb quinoa flour
1 tb coconut flour
Almond extract and sweetener to taste

DIRECTIONS
1) Mix dry ingredients
2) Add almond extract plus water until you get the right consistency. Coconut flour soaks up a lot of water, so you might have to 3) play with it a bit.

This makes something close to a cup of "marzipan" that has under 100 calories.
