Am I eating enough?

So I'm currently set at 1300 cals on here but sometimes eat a bit more but thats my general guide. I work out 5 times a week, 3 olympic/powerlifting sessions and 2 circuit training sessions. I feel like maybe I'm not eating enough on workout days. My fitbit HR generally shows a total burn of 3000ish calories on the days I work out and I'm worried that my deficit is too big and may hinder my weight loss. Any thoughts?

1300 GROSS doesn't sound like near enough. MFP gave you a calorie deficit BEFORE exercise. That way people who can't exercise still lose weight.

Very low calories don't really hinder weight loss....more likely they may hinder fat loss. A moderate weekly weight loss goal will help your body support existing lean muscle. Not fueling your workouts is like working out to shed muscle (not support it).

Check your TDEE (includes exercise).......if you have a ways to go...take 20% off. If you are closer to goal take a smaller percentage off.

Presumably you are eating back your calories? I don't see how you could eat only 1300 calories AND burn 3000 calories on top of that. That would be like a 4000 calorie per day deficit.

Your Fitbit burn is TDEE (total daily energy expenditure), the calories necessary to maintain your current weight. If you eat at a reasonable deficit from that (way more than 1,300 calories), you will lose weight.
